As wildfires continue to burn in Los Angeles, San Mateo County residents are being invited to learn steps they can take to protect their homes and families from wildfires and other emergencies Tuesday.
A free webinar covering topics including easy steps to boost preparedness, packing a “go bag,” creating defensible space and accessing free and low-cost resources is being co-sponsored by the San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management and Thrive, an alliance of local nonprofits.
