Concord offering rebates to property owners who apply to build accessory dwelling units

The city of Concord will provide up to $15,000 to property owners who apply to build an accessory dwelling unit on their property.

The rebates will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis while funds last. Applications must be submitted prior to Sept. 30, 2025, to be considered for the program.
