San Ramon City Council to select new District 2 councilmember to replace Mark Armstrong

The San Ramon City Council on Friday will interview four finalists and select a new District 2 councilmember after the seat was left open in November when Mark Armstrong successfully ran for mayor.

The council selected Kyle Levy, Richard Adler, Tiffany Uhri Chu and Baljit Sull as finalists from a pool of 16 eligible applicants. During the first round of interviews, Levy was the top choice for all four current councilmembers.
