These New Year’s Eve events will let visitors decide whether to celebrate earlier or later

Two New Year’s Eve events in the Bay Area have something to offer everyone, whether it’s a traditional fireworks celebration at the stroke of midnight or a somewhat less conventional balloon drop at the stroke of noon.
