A four-way stop intersection in Sonoma County, east of Petaluma, will be transitioned to a roundabout beginning Tuesday, Nov. 12, to reduce traffic congestion.
A temporary traffic circle at the intersection of state Highway 116 and state Highway 121 has been under construction by Caltrans for six months.
