The San Leandro City Council will hold a hearing later this month to decide whether to censure two of its members over allegations they interfered with the work of the city manager.
A complaint was filed in May by former City Manager Fran Robustelli, who alleged Vice Mayor Fred Simon made threats about her job and performance evaluation. During the course of an investigation by an independent law firm, the probe expanded to include Councilmember Victor Aguilar, Jr.
