Mark Armstrong out in front in San Ramon mayoral race, District 1 is still close

Mark Armstrong will likely be the new mayor of San Ramon.

Armstrong was leading Wednesday with 71.66% of the vote 16,4800 over Chirag Kathrani, who picked up 28.34% (1,725 votes)
