Greg Young has a firm lead in the race to replace longtime Martinez City Councilmember Mark Ross.
Former city planning commissioner Young has 56.74% of the vote (1,339), ahead of deputy county counsel Dylan Radke’s 43.26% (1,021 votes)
Councilmember Satinder Malhi is running unopposed for his District 3 seat.
Ross, who represents the city’s District 2, has been on the council since 1996.
