Incumbents only 5 votes apart, both set to retain seats in Pinole City Council race

In Pinole, the incumbents seem to have it over the newcomer in the race for two open seats on the City Council.

Councilmember Devin Murphy was five votes ahead of Mayor Maureen Toms (2,657 to 2,652).
