Richmond police are reminding people that 23rd Street will be closed through Sunday morning for this weekend’s Fiestas Patrias parade and celebration.
The event is hosted by Cinco de Mayo Peace and Unity and the cities of Richmond and San Pablo. It is being billed as “the area’s first-ever Latin American Independence Day Parade.”
