The San Francisco Board of Supervisors has voted to put a $390 million bond measure to voters this November to fund health care infrastructure, housing for homeless families, street safety, road repaving and improvements to public spaces and parks.    

The bond measure will be on the Nov. 5 ballot, where it will require two-thirds approval by voters, San Francisco Mayor London Breed said in a statement.
