The Marin County Free Library is offering museum tickets, books, toys and a thousand free backpacks with school supplies to children and their families at various library events through next week.

Backpacks come with a notebook, markers, colored pencils, crayons, pencils, a sharpener, an eraser, scissors, a glue stick and a lunchbox to match.
