IN ANY PIECE of high stakes litigation there is a time when the parties have to lawyer up. Good lawyers can make all the difference in high-stakes litigation and, in the case of Musk v. Altman, where, at least according to Elon Musk, the fate of humanity was hanging in the balance, the stakes could hardly be higher.
