Fairfield police have released a statement clarifying James Louis — the school resource officer at Rodriquez High School booked into Solano County Jail Saturday for allegedly exchanging sexually explicit material with two teenage girls — is not the same person as James Lewis, the department’s school resource officer at Armijo High School, also in Fairfield.
Police said it was “an important distinction.”
