The Santa Clara County Superior Court has issued a warning about mailings with information or endorsements on judicial elections purporting to come from the court administration.
They’re false, court officials said in a statement Friday.
“In fact, Court Administration does not take any position on judicial elections,” the court said. “We do not endorse, support, or oppose any candidates.”
Anyone who receives election-related communications claiming to be from Court Administration is urged to verify their authenticity by contacting the court directly at ssweb@scscourt.org.
