A survey is launching Monday to collect community feedback focused on aging in Santa Cruz County.

The Age Well Santa Cruz County effort is part of the county’s master plan for aging to ensure people “are engaged, valued, and afforded equitable opportunities to thrive as they age, how and where they choose,” county officials said in a news release.

The county is partnering with local organizations, businesses, clubs and other groups to get as many people as possible to participate in the survey, which will be available through the end of March.

The survey will be available starting Monday at www.agewellsantacruzcounty.org and www.buenavejezcondadodesantacruz.org.
