Declutter for free: Hayward urges residents to sign up for disposal of household debris

Hayward residents can now register to dispose of household debris free of charge on Dec. 9.

Up to five cubic yards of household items — roughly equivalent to the full bed of an average pickup truck — can be brought to the city transfer station.
