A memorial took shape at the busy intersection of West Park and North Baker streets in Stockton on Tuesday morning in memory of an 18-year-old woman killed in a traffic collision over the weekend.

Makaela Crespin, a resident of Stockton, was identified as the young woman killed in the crash Sunday.
