Antioch Mayor Lamar Thorpe has unveiled the city’s second round of its facade improvement program, designed to help small businesses, nonprofits and shopping centers that have historically experienced high rates of crime.
Eligible businesses must be in certain qualification census tracts. The funding for this program is a reimbursable grant. The city is making $500,000 available.
