Alameda County Superior Court will keep clerks’ offices open to the public until 3 p.m. at all of its courthouses, the court announced this week.

The change impacts clerks’ offices at courthouses in Oakland, Hayward, Alameda and Berkeley where certain offices had been closing at 2 p.m. As a result of lower and unpredictable staffing levels due to COVID-19.
