The owner of a small Stockton business has announced her candidacy for the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors District 3 seat.
Angel Sepulveda, a San Joaquin County native, is hoping to represent a district that covers Lathrop, Manteca and Stockton in the March 5, 2024, election.
