The Monterey Jazz Festival announced Wednesday it will return in September for a three-day, limited-capacity event.

The 64th annual version of the festival will run from Sept. 24-26 at the Monterey County Fair & Event Center with acts including Herbie Hancock, George Benson, and Terri Lyne Carrington + Social Science.

The festival will be limited to 50 percent capacity as it comes back from a pandemic-induced absence, according to organizers.

Three-day tickets will be available starting early next month. Ticket information, the full lineup and more information can be found online at montereyjazzfestival.org or by calling (888) 248-6499.
