Larson, a local from Elk Grove, got out to an early lead driving the HendricksCars.com Chevrolet car and led for 58 of the 92 lap to win the 32nd Annual Toyota/Save Mart 350.
Larson’s teammate, Chase Elliott driving the NAPA Auto Parts Chevrolet finished second.
Martin Truex J. in the Bass Pro Toyota, Joey Logano in the Bass Pro Ford and Kyle Bush in the Sports Clips Toyota rounded out the top 5.
The Hendrick Motorsports team has won the past four races including Larson’s win last week at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Though normal capacity is 47,00, Sonoma Raceway welcomed a COVID regulated capacity, sold out crowd of 15,000.
