The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District announced Monday that it will change the operating hours of its free shuttle to the Oakland Coliseum COVID-19 vaccination site.

The shuttle will operate between 8 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. seven days per week, according to AC Transit.

Previously, the shuttle was scheduled to operate from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., but a change in the vaccination site’s operating hours led to the change in the shuttle’s hours.

The vaccination site will now be open between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. It is still scheduled to open Tuesday.

The shuttles will operate every 15 minutes from both the Coliseum BART station and the Eastmont Transit Center.

Face coverings are required on all AC Transit buses and at the transit agency’s bus stops. Free face masks are available onboard the agency’s buses.
