Following a court ruling Wednesday, Port of Oakland tenants filed an appeal the same day to keep the Oakland A’s in East Oakland.

Alameda County Superior Court Judge Noel Wise on Wednesday dismissed a suit against the A’s by tenants including the Pacific Merchant Shipping Association, Schnitzer Steel Industries, Harbor Trucking Association and the California Trucking Association.
