To help Solano County youth from disadvantage backgrounds, three Rotary Clubs came together to create the Rotary Success Scholars program, which not only offers assistance with tuition, books and laptops but also guidance and support. Here are some of the stories of Rotary “champions” and the young “scholars” they’ve mentored.
