FOUR MEN AND one woman are competing to represent District 1 on the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors in the upcoming March 5 election. Currently, board chair Miguel Villapudua represents District 1, which covers South Stockton and unincorporated areas near the city, but he is restricted by term limits from seeking the office again.
