Portola Music Festival announced its lineup of musicians and dates for the inaugural edition of the festival, set to take place Sept. 24-25 in San Francisco. Electronic music artist Flume and electronic music duo the Chemical Brothers were announced as the headliners of the two-day event. The presale for the event starts at 10 a.m. Friday.
