2/3 Voter Approval Required With funds that cannot be taken by State or Federal government officials and spent elsewhere, shall Pacific Grove Unified School District's parcel tax measure enhancing reading and math programs; improving services for students with disabilities; keeping before- and after-school programs affordable; and supporting student mental health counseling at Forest Grove Elementary School, Robert Down Elementary School, Pacific Grove Middle School, Pacific Grove Adult Education Center, Pacific Grove Community High School and Pacific Grove High School be adopted at $85 per parcel for five years (raising approximately $800,000 annually), no administrator salaries, pensions or benefits, and full disclosure of spending?

55% Voter Approval Required With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Paso Robles Joint Unified School District's measure to renovate and expand classrooms and career training facilities; and repair leaky roofs and inefficient heating and air-conditioning be adopted authorizing $205 million of bonds with legal rates, average levies below $50 per $100,000 of assessed value (raising $12.2 million annually) while outstanding, audits, taxpayer oversight, no funds for administrator salaries, pensions or benefits, and full disclosure of all spending?

Majority Voter Approval Required Measure for the Reorganization of School Districts. Shall South Monterey County Joint Union High School District (SMCJUHSD) be reorganized to form a new unified school district covering the territory of Greenfield Union School District to be known as Greenfield Unified School District, and a second unified school district covering the rest of the territory of SMCJUHSD to be known as King City Joint Unified School District, resulting in the dissolution of Greenfield Union School District, King City Union School District, and SMCJUHSD?

Majority Voter Approval Required To fund critical County of Monterey services, including programs to improve street, water and sewer infrastructure maintenance; repair potholes; enhance emergency services; update libraries, parks and recreation facilities; improve healthcare and job development programs; and reduce homelessness, shall the County of Monterey increase its existing Transient Occupancy Tax paid only by hotel/lodging guests in the unincorporated area from 10.5% to 12.5% providing approximately $7,600,000 annually to be spent locally, until ended by voters?

Majority Voter Approval Required To upgrade streets/sidewalks, address beach erosion, enhance wildfire preparedness, maintain City trees, and fund other general government purposes in City of Carmel-by-the-Sea, shall the measure increasing the transactions and use tax (also known as sales tax) by 0.375%, from 1.50% to 1.875%, providing approximately $1,800,000 annually in additional revenue and approximately $9,400,000 annually in total revenue, and extending the total 1.875% tax until ended by voters, with independent audits and all funds benefitting Carmel-by-the-Sea, be adopted?

Majority Voter Approval Required To upgrade streets/sidewalks, address beach erosion, enhance wildfire preparedness, maintain City trees, and fund other general government purposes in City of Carmel-by-the-Sea, shall the measure establishing a new 2% transient occupancy tax, paid by lodging guests, in addition to the existing 10% transient occupancy tax, increasing the total tax rate to 12%, with the new 2% tax generating approximately $1,900,000 annually, and the total 12% tax generating $11,700,000 annually, until ended by voters, be adopted?

Majority Voter Approval Required Shall the Measure Continuing the City of Greenfield Transactions and Use Tax Measure be Adopted? To continue to enhance the health, safety and welfare of Greenfield, through strengthened public safety; increased youth recreation programs; continuance of code enforcement services; and other essential services, shall the City of Greenfield re-enact a voter approved 0.75 percent sales tax, subject to annual audits, and review by a City established oversight committee, raising $1.4 million annually and expiring on March 31, 2033?

Majority Voter Approval Required King City Public Safety, Local Services Measure. Shall the measure continuing King City’s locally controlled funding for general city services, such as maintaining 911 fire, medical, police response, gang/violent crime prevention/investigation, and King City’s financial stability; providing firefighter protective clothing/ breathing equipment; repairing streets/ potholes, by reauthorizing its sales tax at a rate of 1.5¢, providing approximately $3,600,000 annually until ended by voters; requiring audits, public disclosure, citizens’ oversight, all funds benefit King City residents, be adopted?

Majority Voter Approval Required MARINA 911 EMERGENCY, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND COMMUNITY SERVICES MEASURE. To ensure firefighters, EMTs, police officers, emergency operations, response to emergencies and natural disasters including earthquakes; repair and upgrade police/fire/city buildings; protect water supply; repair streets/potholes; and provide general city services, shall the City of Marina's measure establishing a 7% utility users' tax with low-income rates, generating approximately $3,830,000 annually until ended by voters, requiring spending disclosures, audits, all funds spent locally, be adopted?

2/3 Voter Approval Required CONTINUATION OF STREET INFRASTRUCTURE REHABILITATION TAX. Without increasing tax rates, shall the City of Monterey measure to fix streets, potholes, and sidewalks, repair storm drains to keep beaches/Monterey Bay clean, improve street safety and access for senior citizens, disabled residents, and others by renewing the existing one-cent per dollar sales tax for 8 years, providing $12 million annually, requiring public disclosure of funds/independent audits, and all funds spent locally, be adopted?

Majority Voter Approval Required Preserving General Services Measure. Shall the measure, to provide funding for the City of Pacific Grove services, such as keeping streets, sidewalks, beaches, parks, playgrounds and public facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained; repairing/replacing aging infrastructure; fixing potholes and streets; and providing fire protection, paramedic, crime prevention, and 9-1-1 response by establishing a 0.375% transactions and use ("sales") tax, providing approximately $1,000,000 annually for 10 years, with independent audits, and all money locally controlled, be adopted?

Majority Voter Approval Required Shall Ordinance No. 2687, which repeals the Residential Rental Registration Ordinance, the Rent Stabilization Ordinance, the Tenant Protection and Just Cause Eviction Ordinance, and the Tenant Anti-Harassment Ordinance, be adopted?

Majority Voter Approval Required Without raising taxes, shall the City of Salinas renew Measure G maintaining the existing 1¢ local sales tax providing approximately $30,000,000 annually until ended by the voters to continue funding street and sidewalk repairs and other long-term infrastructure projects, parks, youth and senior programs, police, fire, and emergency response, homeless reduction, and other general city services, with independent citizen oversight, annual audits, and all funds dedicated to and remaining in Salinas?

2/3 Voter Approval Required Shall the measure to expand the community senior center; provide clean, safe parks; enhance recreational programs for youth and seniors; ensure disability accessibility; maintain park restrooms; and retain staff to operate facilities at North County Recreation and Park District, by levying $82.00 annually per parcel, raising approximately $300,000.00 per year until ended by voters, be adopted?

2/3 Voter Approval Required Shall a special tax to maintain and operate Santa Lucia’s roads (including necessary resurfacing, rehabilitation, preventative treatments, and similar work) be levied annually for 15 years at an initial rate of $2,968 per year for developed and undeveloped estate residential parcels with rates for other parcels shown in Resolution No. 26-08, with all rates subject to a 2% annual inflation adjustment, initially generating approximately $999,736 and shall Community Facilities District No. 2 (Road Quality) of the Santa Lucia Community Services District have an appropriations limit of $1,350,000?

2/3 Voter Approval Required Soledad-Mission Recreation District (Soledad Rec) Affordable Recreation Measure. To maintain park/ recreation programs, such as: helping keep recreation programs affordable; improving accessibility of services/ facilities for people with disabilities; maintaining recreation/ swim programs for all ages; and supporting toddler programs like T-Ball, soccer, tumbling/ day camp; shall the Soledad-Mission Recreation District’s measure, levying a tax of 3.5¢ per building square foot, until ended by voters, with annual adjustments, and independent citizens’ oversight, providing approximately $292,000 annually, be adopted?
