PROPOSITION A- SAN FRANCISCO

A $400 million bond issue to repair, construct and improve Muni infrastructure and equipment and construction and redesign of streets and sidewalks.

PROPOSITION B- SAN FRANCISCO

A charter amendment to change the appointment process and qualifications for Building Inspection Commission members and have the mayor appoint the department’s director.

PASSED (Requires majority approval)

PROPOSITION C- SAN FRANCISCO

A charter amendment to further limit the period during which the voters could recall a city elected official, and when someone is recalled, prevents the person appointed to the vacancy from running as a candidate to remain in the office.

PROPOSITION D- SAN FRANCISCO

Creates an Office of Victim and Witness Rights to provide or coordinate existing city services and seek to establish programs that provide free legal services for domestic violence victims.

Prevents Board of Supervisors members from seeking behested payments from contractors who received board approval and allows further changes to the law only if the Ethics Commission and two-thirds of the board approve them.

Changes the membership of the Refuse Rate Board, how refuse rates and regulations are set and the rules governing future changes.

Requires employers in the city with more than 100 employees worldwide to provide paid public health emergency leave not to exceed 80 hours a year for their employees in San Francisco.
