Concord voters will be asked in November whether to approve an update to the city’s decades-old business tax structure that backers say places a bigger financial burden on small businesses.
According to the city, Measure O simplifies Concord’s nearly 40-year-old business license tax structure to ensure smaller local businesses do not pay a higher percentage than larger businesses and corporations.
