The elderly in-laws of a Dublin homicide victim have been charged with murder, the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.

Shouyong Zhang and Shili Chen, both 77, are also charged with personal use of a firearm causing death and lying in wait. If convicted of all charges, the Dublin couple could both be sentenced to life in prison without parole, prosecutors said in a news release.
