A person was hospitalized after pepper spray was released during an incident at a Safeway on 7th Avenue in San Francisco on Friday, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.
The incident occurred at about 9:55 p.m., when SFFD posted on social media about a suspected Haz Mat incident.
