San Francisco police and sheriff’s deputies made 58 arrests during a one-day operation this week targeting drug markets in the city.

Officers also seized over 122 grams of narcotics, which is roughly equivalent to the weight of a standard bar of soap, and hundreds of dollars in cash, police said.
