The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s office filed murder charges Friday against a Richmond man accused of setting a house fire that killed three members of his family, including two children.
Sergio Ivan Rivera-Vega, 32, was accused of killing his 47-year-old father, 5-year-old nephew and 2-year-old niece in the home he shared with them.
