San Jose police have accused a 37-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy with assault with a deadly weapon — specifically, a paintball gun.
Two assaults occurred about 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on July 15, one in the area of South King Road and Ocala Avenue, and the other around Lundy Avenue and Hostetter Road, police said Friday.
