Santa Rosa’s interim city manager will leave her post next month after accepting a job in Los Angeles County, and is being replaced by a current city employee.
Lori Ann Farrell will become chief executive officer of the L.A. County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency, known as LACAHSA. Her final day with Santa Rosa will be June 26, city officials said.
Santa Rosa officials on Friday announced that Jason Nutt, who has been a part of the city’s executive leadership team since 2019, will replace Farrell as interim city manager.
Nutt has previously served as Santa Rosa’s director of transportation and public works and also has had previous leadership positions with Sonoma County and the city of Novato.
