THE STOCKTON RAPPER who was one of the hosts of a birthday party in November for his daughter that ended in a mass shooting has been was released from jail.
Luciano Guerrero, 22, was released from San Joaquin County Jail last week, after serving his time for a parole violation in December, according to court documents.
