The city of Concord has received a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety to upgrade its traffic crash dashboard and create a more comprehensive data platform aimed at improving road safety, city officials announced.
The grant, which runs through September 2026, will support development of a next-generation system that combines historical crash data with real-time sensor information to help the city respond more proactively to traffic safety concerns, a news release issued Tuesday noted.
