Mendocino National Forest campground destroyed in largest fire in state history reopens

A Mendocino National Forest campground destroyed in a major wildfire has reopened Friday, officials said.

Hammerhorn Campground, in unincorporated northeastern Mendocino County, was destroyed during the 2020 August Complex fires.
