Sonoma Clean Power, a community-owned electricity provider that serves Mendocino and Sonoma counties, has contributed $20,000 to start a program aimed at expanding experiences for Mendocino County youth outside the traditional classroom.

The SchoolsRule Mendocino County initiative was created by Mendocino County Superintendent Nicole Glentzer and the Mendocino County Office of Education.
