A SAN FRANCISCO REAL ESTATE development company finalized a $24 million deal Friday to buy the former Oakland Raiders’ training facility.

Redco Development, the city of Oakland and the Oakland Roots and Soul Sports Club, a professional soccer organization, also announced that the team penned a 15-year-lease to continue using the facility, which has been its home for the past four years.
