The San Francisco Police Department’s Real-Time Investigation Center will move into a new downtown headquarters, thanks to a $9.4 million in-kind donation from fintech company Ripple, Mayor Daniel Lurie announced. 

The upgraded space will enhance SFPD’s crime-fighting capabilities with state-of-the-art technology and equipment funded by the San Francisco Police Community Foundation and Crankstart, the press release noted.
