Four measures on the Contra Costa County ballot in Tuesday’s election all appeared headed for approval as of early Wednesday morning.
Martinez’s Measure A, which seeks to change the office of city clerk to an appointed rather than elected position, had 3,819 yes votes to 1,875 no votes.
