A modified ballot proposal filed last week by the company California Forever to allow development of a new community in Solano County east of Travis Air Force Base now has the support of the 60th Air Mobility Wing after the base had previously expressed concerns.

Though the proposal did not win over the area’s congressional representatives, the 60th Air Mobility Wing, which operates out of the air base, said through a spokesperson Thursday that the new ballot proposal addressed all of its concerns about training flights and radar zones.
