Caltrans has broken ground on a $2.4 million public space with enhanced trails, landscaping, a skate park and fitness spaces near South San Francisco High School.
The four-acre Centennial Way Park South will include 130 new trees, drought-tolerant shrubs, and other beautification, Caltrans said in a press release on Saturday.
