THE OAKLAND Board of Port Commissioners has welcomed two new members after Commissioners Cestra “Ces” Butner and Joan Story completed their terms as Port Board members.
In July, the Oakland City Council unanimously approved the appointments of Jahmese Myres and Stephanie Dominguez Walton to the Port Board. Myres was sworn in on July 24 and Dominguez Walton was sworn in on Thursday.
