Taking aim at an increasing number of sideshows on its local streets, the Oakland Police Department took to Twitter on Sunday to announce a detail dedicated to sideshow enforcement.
The tweet — which stated “Violent, disruptive & illegal behavior will not be tolerated” — included a minute-long video featuring Deputy Chief Nishant Joshi.
