Instructions for Mail-In Ballots
Vote by mail ballots will be issued to all California voters in 2020, at least 29 days before the Nov. 3 election, with no postage due on the return envelope.

Voters may cast mail ballots during the 29 days leading to the election at the Solano County Elections Office, at 675 Texas St. Suite 2600, Fairfield, CA.
