A Suisun City attorney has been disbarred following her admission to multiple counts of serious misconduct involving 11 clients and their families, the State Bar Court of California announced.
According to the Office of Chief Trial Counsel (OCTC), Claire White misappropriated client funds, made false statements to the court, neglected criminal cases, and practiced law while ineligible.
